after a rough start with parking and service, the restaurant's delicious meals shone through. also, the staff's genuine care made our stay memorable. take note, concierge services may not be available on weekends.

I had a nice stay with a great view of the river. I found the room well-equipped for my needs, with a spacious desk for work. The exercise facilities were suitable during my stay. Local eateries were within walking distance, making it easy to explore. My only issue was the lack of hot water, which I reported but didn't improve until much later.

Loved the comfy bed and scenic riverwalk for my morning runs! Such a fab spot near restaurants and the University too. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

But my kids said the spa was a no-go. apparently, they don't do kid-sized pools! What’s a lady to do?

The room was super comfy with great bathroom fixtures and I loved lounging by the indoor pool and sun terrace. A short walk in from the parking ramp made things super easy after a long drive. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

I absolutely loved staying here, as it’s a short walk to the Iowa River Landing Sculptor Walk and a few steps to Backpocket Brewing, making my weekend filled with enjoyable strolls and great food experiences. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy space to unwind after my city explorations. As a solo traveler, I found the amenities suitable for my needs.

The gym had good equipment, making it easy to stay active during my stay. Room service was quick, and the pulled pork sandwich I ordered was delicious. However, I faced a disappointing issue with the hot water. it wasn’t available for a while, which was frustrating. The dining experience could use improvement due to slow service and food arriving cold. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, but the hot water issue and dining efficiency need attention.
